Joseph is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning various sectors of the financial industry. As the President and CEO of IDC (Infinity Development Capital), Joseph brings extensive leadership experience and a wealth of expertise to the organization. He is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of IDC Invest Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of IDC.
Christopher Sabo, MBA
SVP Operations and Technology.
Chris serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations. With a background extending over 15 years at Wells Fargo, Chris held the role of Group Chief Information Officer for core platform services. His career also includes technology leadership positions at notable firms such as Zynga, Microsoft, Cisco, and E*TRADE. Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Temple University and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. At IDC and IfinMart Solution, Chris is set to spearhead the company’s technology transformation and Construction management . His focus will be on enhancing the developer experience through cloud enablement, full CI/CD automation, and an Agile working approach. Additionally, Chris will oversee platform services and enterprise architecture.
Sheila Scott, MBA. CPA
Sheila Scott serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer for both IDC and iFinSmart Solutions, where she oversees the finance, analytics, and financial reporting functions. Her responsibilities span controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audit, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. With over 20 years of finance experience at General Electric, Sheila has held numerous influential roles globally. She was most recently the Vice President of Finance for GE Healthcare Clinical Systems. Before that, Sheila served as Senior Director for GE Medical Information Technologies. Furthermore, she dedicated more than four years to GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, engaging in strategic, M&A integration, financial, and compliance-oriented auditing and consulting engagements worldwide.
Kristin Cohen, MBA, CMP
Kristin is the Vice President of Construction at IDC, where she leads the construction management team and oversees the global business strategy. Her role involves setting strategic directions for the company, understanding market needs, and developing strategies to outperform competitors. Kristin works closely with product, technology, and regional teams to implement these strategies, enhancing customer experiences. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Construction Management Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Previously, Kristin spent over ten years at E*Trade in product research and business development, bringing a wealth of experience to her current position.
